Stayed here in November so things were sleepy, but was nice. Only complaint (as there is only one) was the "shower"; not sure what micro-person designed it, but it is not made for normal humans. This could be an American opinion. People were super nice, and I love you can smoke on your own balcony.

We got the room free because I had acquired sufficuent BW Gold Club 'points'. We had a comfortable room , though it is best to get a south facing lake view room - as Smitty has pointed out , round the other side of the hotel its a bit noisy from the motor way. Both dinner and breakfast were well done, and I would certainly return here, even if I have to pay
