And of coarse Michael (the manager) always is you "friend" and always gives you promises. In one moment you believe him and the second moment you filing like a donkey. If you want to pay a little bit less than around with money for rent and a lot with problems and nerves you're welcome. Yes of coarse all year you receive a letter with the rental increase. The cockroaches are incessant. Even with traps and poison. The noise pollution from the construction is a constant irritant. Management is generally unresponsive which is hugely frustrating.
