Perfect movers in every way. Friendly, too, but they don't waste time, just the right speed so that nothing gets damaged and no one gets hurt. As a small-business owner myself, I prefer to engage other small businesses -- you don't overpay for their overhead this way, and I dealt with no one but the owner, Alex, so no bureaucratic mistakes. He's efficient.

I naturally chose Labre & Associes to prepare the new certificate of location for my old condo as…read morethey prepared it more than ten years ago for some previous owners. The estimated time for delivery was a month, but I got lucky and received an offer much more earlier, where the certificate of location was one of the conditions to close the deal. I was advised to immediately alert the Labre & Associes team and they were extremely helpful. My certificate of location was ready ten days in advance, absolutely on time for the deal closure and electronic copy distributed to the notary as proof of delivery. Besides that scheduling an appointment with the surveyor was very easy and the gentleman did his job as advertised within the predefined time. Absolutely happy with the Labre & Associes and would recommend their services to whoever needs them.

For the amount of work he did the price was reasonable (we expected it to be much more). Yes, they do charge an hourly rate but that's any plumber. The technicians did their thing without showing me their work nor taking any photos to show me. It looked as though they had also repaired the crack above ground level..but all they did was smear some cement like material over the above ground crack. Now the above ground crack has returned and I am told that they don't actually repair cracks above ground. My original comment to akton injection was replied by saying that there are no leaks so the repair is successful. All along I told them that I had no way to see if there were or were not leaks..their reply was unprofessional. Basically I spent over 1,000$ with no way to know if the repair was properly done ( apparently now they take photos to leave with the clients. Overall the communication with this company is not acceptable.

They didn't mentioned anything. Called them back. The receptionist told me that the tubes were from the sprinkle system and I had to fix it myself. She basically told me that the contract specified they can brake ANYTHING during the work and it's not their fault!!!! They won't compensate me at all. They didn't even ask me if there was a sprinkler system around! Looks like the did it on purpose. I am not sure who writes the good reviews but be aware that they may brake things (out of laziness??) and won't even tell not compensate you for that!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
