I sent another email, called, and finally sent a text message as requested by Sami's voicemail. No response, now I have a problem. I had a plumber and carpenter working in my condo prior to my putting it up for sale. I was running…read moreshort of time and really needed help cleaning up after the workmen were finished so that photos of my condo could be taken for the listing. This company was very responsive to my call for cleaning help and arranged for a cleaner to come the very next day. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good. I will be calling this service again after my move to do an after move clean-up to keep it looking good for its sale! Thank you Iman!

HORRIBLE experience with so-called "deep clean". Cleaners arrived and told me all the services they…read morewould not do (even though they are listed as the services provided by this company). Had to pull out my own appliances as they would not clean things they "couldn't move easily". They failed to vacuum an entire room. I paid total 490$, including the extra to have walls washed which was not done. Finally, when i contacted the company, they answered me once after several attempts to contact them, told me to deal with the cleaners directly and took no responsibility. Still haven't heard back from them. Attached are the photos AFTER the so-called deep clean. Incredibly unprofessional.

No idea how they are still running and fooling people. They cleaned our condo horrendously. Late arrival, left towels all over our place one the cleaner was done, deep cleaning that took only 2 hrs and I was promised five. Left hair and gunk in bathrooms. Unprofessional guy on the phone sarcastically laughing about my experience and asked me to call the cleaner to come back. Why would I want to have the same service again? Horrendous. Get away from this company if you value your money.
