When we arrived the room was stocked with chocolates, card, and a bottle of Eau de Parfum! Such a thoughtful surprise. The rooms were cozy and clean, free wifi is available, and the shower had excellent heat and pressure [which we've found isn't always the case in hotels around Italy!]. Wonderful and helpful staff. Typical Italian buffet breakfast -- pastries, yogurt, small selection of deli meats and cheeses and, of course, cafe. The nightly rate was a bit more than we usually opt for but found it to be middle to upper range for the area. Overall, a wonderful weekend with comfortable accommodations.
