The dinner is astonishing and the breakfast is to die for! Everything is homemade and the chef has worked with renowned people. I'm just waiting for the new rooms to be built next to the actual building because some of the rooms need a bit of refreshment (like having a better quality of TV). The wifi works fine though.

We did, but not seated in his area. We had Martin and he was great also. The first visit we had reservations and the second one we didn't. I do recommend calling ahead or online booking. The first visit we would not have gotten in and the second visit we barely got a table...think maybe we got a table because they recognized us from before. Items that we ordered were the: Frist Visit: - Lake Perch pan sautéed in butter and served with fries and a side salad. Wow, those tiny little perch filets were awesome. Perfectly cooked, very fresh with absolutely no fishy taste. The fries were very good - crispy and hot. The side salad was very good with a great dressing. - Pan Sautéed Veal with Mushrooms and served with veggies. The veal was browned and the taste was right there. It was tender and needed no extra seasoning at all. The veggies were cooked - not too much but just enough. Second Visit: - Steak - maybe entrecôte - the only one with a peppercorn sauce. We asked for it to be cooked to a medium and it came medium!!! The peppercorn sauce was to die for. We share part of this steak and just kept going back to the sauce. Excellent. I came with fries and veggies. I asked for a very small serving of fries and was accommodated. I also asked if I could have that wonderful side salad as my veggies and was told no. But way into my meal Martin came over and said that I could have the salad. At this time we were both so full that I declined. We were better off. - Penne Pasta with a Spicy Tomato sauce. Weak link of the two visits but hit the spot. The sauce was not spicy at all. The pasta was cooked appropriate. Just couldn't compare with the rest of the food. Highly recommend. Also one should make a booking.
