It was just ok. The place was clean, parking easy, price is fair compared ro other places. I went here with my mother in law, she had never had her nails done. Since we were casting from out of town I had to Google places by our hotel. I looked at reviews and everyone said they were good. They were, just very average. The customer service was ok. just got my nails done and they looked like crap from a older girl with short black hair. she did them in like 5 min and messed up on every nail. i payed 40 dollars for just getting gel polish on my nails with no hand massage or getting cuticles cut off. they already look grown out because the lady didn't do it right. my nails look like I did them and are not professional at all. the polish does not even go all the way to the skin of the nail. 20 min later me and my mom went in and they would not give us our money back. they had the rudest customer service and kept arguing with us. go to a different place to get your nails done bc this place is a -0. the people were so mean too. read more

I have been to many nail salons across the US and this has been there worst experience I have ever had. I went in for gel nails, because they didn't offer nexgen nails. First of all, they only accept cash and check, which I think is ridiculous. Perfect for evading taxes and super inconvenient for customers. I wanted to get my nails done with my sisters, but was seated across the salon from them, couldn't even sit with them and enjoy our time together. It took forever for them to start on my nails. When someone finally came over, they had me pick colors. I picked gold and mint green for my ring fingers. The job was not only sloppy, but the colors were translucent and not like the samples I looked at. When I asked her to put another coat on, she said no! Terrible customer service! I attached photos for review as well! Price is expensive for the service you receive. I've honestly gotten better at Walmart! I would say the whole nail painting time took 3 minutes max, that's how sloppy and fast it was. Will not recommend this place or go here again! read more

Overall decent place. The employees are loud and gab in Vietnamese but it's a typical salon. They can be pricey but they always stay very busy which is a good sign. They have a wide variety of polishes to choose from and that's a plus. I like the decor and it's generally very clean. The waiting/drying area is nice and their massage chairs are wonderful! I am very displeased with the experience today at Le Nails. I went in to have a mini spa day with my two sisters, but we will NOT be returning after the service we received. The employees did not welcome us or sit us together, we were on complete opposites of the room so we could not talk or even see each other. There was no communication about how long we would wait, so they seated us away from each other with no word. I requested a gel acrylic nail set...I have provided pictures. The man was very rushed and rough when he cut my cuticles...I even squealed "Ow, that hurt!" one time when he got my skin, and the man did not respond or even look at me. I am not pleased with the awkward and painful experience. Also, because he was in such a rush (along with the woman who completed the last clear gel coat) there are gaps where you can see my actual nail in the sides of my acrylic nails. Overall, please trust the reviews and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get quality service and products. Do not give your time or money to Le Nails...you will be disappointed. read more

I will not go back here. I went 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure for a wedding a week later it was already peeling off. 2 weeks later 3 nails have completely peeled off. This should not be happening if a gel manicure is done properly. I have had gel manicures that lasted for over a month and just grew out but never peeling the way that these have. I went there first thing in the morning to avoid waiting , only customer in the place , he started on my nails then a girl who is obviously a regular walks in and says some guys name to him and told him the guy said he could take care of her broken nails and he proceeds to sit her down and then starts to fix her nails all the while yakking and laughing with her , no excuse me to me , no nothing , like I'm not even there. And I was charged $10 more then their list price!!! All I got was acrylic nails with them painted and I was charged $35 instead of $25 like it says on their price list on the wall!! Asked for gel polish on my toes and nails along with a pedicure and manicure. It took an hour to get the basic pedicure done and then he placed regular polish on the toes. Stopped and reminded him that I asked for gel polish and was told by all the staff that this place does not do gel polish on toes. They said they just ignored my request because they do not do it. Staff here were rude, belittling and arrogant. They forgot I had asked and placed on the sheet about the manicure. Then when I reminded them they sighed and rolled their eyes.
