Then when bringing the hot towel over, she dropped it on the floor and proceeded to still use it on my hands. Judy seemed to be rushing the whole process and it definitely shows. Also, the nail salon needs to be cleaned because having an old fake nail and piles of dust on the table where my manicure was getting done is very offputting and disgusting. Super disappointing.
