Lessons are in English and teachers are really keen to see their students improving. Book in advance if you want to attend a class which is easy with the app. Cancellation could be done the same way. I have tried the hatha yoga and it was super. Not fast but intense ! This schedule could change as the studio is new to propose new or more classes or new timetable ! Really have to go back again

Some friend spoke to me about Haein Yoga Studio, a new studio that recently opened in Saint Gilles. I come two to three times a week since beginning of January and am already an addict :-) The studio is situated in a very nice apartment close to Place Stephanie. What do I like so much about it? Well first, Haein is an amazing teacher. She found the perfect balance between relaxation and challenging posture to me. She explain very well all positions, I never felt as secure while practicing yoga (don't hesitate speak to her about your health condition before the class). And finally, I love her homemade vegan cookies/cake that she offers at the end of each class. It creates a very nice homey atmosphere, very far from practicing in a gym or big studio. Finally, Haein is also teaching AcroYoga, a mix between yoga and acrobatic that you practice at two. Quite fun! What could be better? Well, the sound of the doorbell is terrible and when someone arrive when the class is starting it is a little bit upsetting. Maybe in a couple of months I'll be zen enough not to be bother by it any more ;-)

There are several teachers giving classes in the studio but my favourite one is the owner, Haein, a lovely lady who share her loves for yoga and her positives energy. She teaches on Monday evening and Wednesday evening. She also gives Accro Yoga on Tuesday evening. The studio itself is located in a beautiful apartment of Saint Gilles, Rue St Bernard. It was my first time ever trying yoga. It took one gentle yoga class with Emanuelle to convince me and there I was buying their 10 classes for 120 euros subscription. Maybe not the cheapest offer but the teacher, ambiance, spotless facilities, their amazing client service is worth every penny. Less Zara shopping this month I've also tried their back massage and it was fantastic. I look forward to different ones, even though they are a bit pricey. Last, they have all kind of events and special wellness days which all sound interesting. It's a place where you can really leave behind your worries and enjoy some time for yourself! Thanks to a gift voucher from amazing friends i could offer myself a treat…read more i went to Serendip for a massage and was very happy of the result when you enter the shop the receptionist offers you a tea and installs you on a "in between" rooms to already start relaxing and leave the noisy city sounds behind you and start chilling little by little before your masseuse comes to pick you up for the massage Dim lighted rooms, warmed up nicely, candles and scents everywhere. what i loved the most once you facing down the ground, is watching the bowl with flowers and candles under you. very calming and beautiful to see - shower after the massage with the products you can find in the shop afterwards is great - super pricey to allow yourself to go back every week but worth doing it at least once in a while
