My bacon burger was not good at all, mostly because of the hamburger patty which tasted frozen and bland. It seeped water that soaked the bun. The caramelized onions were tasty but not enough in quantity. I also paid for the extra bacon (1.50 euros) and I could not even taste it because all I got was one or two paper thin slices of Canadian bacon. The fries were very good but were not salted. The staff gave me a lot of attitude when I complained about the burger. The manager and the chef seemed unable to accept any form of criticism. None of them apologized or made any commercial gesture to make me happy. They did not even come to my table to talk to me and kept hiding in the kitchen and behind the counter, leaving the waitress, who had nothing to do with the food issue, to deal with it. I also heard the chef yelling inside the kitchen in response to my waitress reporting my comments. He was out of control and insulted me, saying that I was obviously lying to get a free meal (!). This restaurant is not a good value, serves bad food and the staff insults customers when they do not like the dishes. I would give zero stars if I could. There are so many other good restaurants in the area, go someplace else! ----- Mon burger au bacon n'était pas bon du tout, surtout parce que le steak haché avait n'avait pas de goût et la consistance d'un produit surgelé. Beaucoup d'eau en sortait et cela avait détrempé le pain. Les oignons caramélisés étaient bons mais il n'y en avait pas suffisamment. J'ai payé pour un supplément de bacon par rapport au burger normal (1.50 euros) et je ne le sentais même pas car il n'y avait qu'une ou deux tranches de bacon canadien fines comme du papier à cigarette dans mon burger. Les frites étaient très bonnes mais pas salées. Le personnel a été très difficile face à mes commentaires sur le burger. La gérante et le chef semblaient incapables d'accepter la moindre critique. Aucun d'eux ne s'est excusé pour le problème ou n'a fait le moindre geste commercial pour que je parte satisfaite. Ils ne sont même pas venus à ma table me parler et n'ont cessé de se cacher dans la cuisine et à l'accueil en laissant la serveuse, qui n'y était pour rien, gérer la situation. J'ai ensuite entendu le chef crier dans la cuisine en réponse à ma serveuse qui lui rapportait mes commentaires. Il a pété les plombs et s'est mis à m'insulter en hurlant que je devais forcément mentir pour essayer d'obtenir un repas gratuit (!). Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce restaurant. On n'en a vraiment pas pour son argent, les plats sont mauvais et le personnel insulte les clients qui ont le malheur de se plaindre. Je mettrais une note de zéro si je le pouvais.
