The restaurant has one Michelin star so we were quite excited to try it. Located in the countryside outside of the city, the restaurant is housed in a beautiful villa with patios for those who want to stay outside to eat. The building was airy and gorgeous. Even their washrooms were very clean as a side note. We decided to stay inside and the courteous staff came over to take our drink orders and give us our menus. As a starter I ordered a dish of salad along with a baked tomato cheese that I don't know the name of. It was very delicious so it definitely bothers me that I don't! The main dish was fried squid with rice. I loved the cook of the squid since it can sometimes get a bit rubbery when not cooked well. For dessert I ordered a decadent chocolate mousse! This was all washed down with some white wine which I also enjoyed. Service was very attentive. Too bad I don't live in Toulouse but I would definitely come back if I ever visited again.

I had simply the best burger of my life. Fresh, rich ground steak, Tome cheese (A Catalan goat cheese) candied onions, their own burger sauce, and a fresh locally baked multigrain roll. I have been dreaming of that hamburger ever since. Not to mention the best fries I have ever tasted. I would have eaten there every evening if we'd have stayed longer. They have a more than just burgers. They offer cheerful service and a very family friendly vibe. If you are in Toulouse or driving south from Toulouse, check them out. You will be very happy you did.
