All of my invites were satisfied with the basic menu that La Sirene provided and offered. *Food* : The food was excellent, everyone including my wedding planner said she was impressed with the quality of the food it's price, we're talking high quality here, don't let yourself be impressed by the low price, it's really a great menu. The service was amazing, their team was impressively good, we had about 180 invites, and no complaints all : the team was fast, at a certain point in time on of the staff members wanted to change my platte because "he heard" that I wasn't satisfied, theses guys are amazing, I was more than satisfied. That was my experience, the Banquet La Sirène made our wedding day exceptional, in terms of price and service, to me this team and room is unbeatable. I would recommend their staff and team to anyone who would want to get married in their reception hall.Le banquet La Sirene delivers high quality food and service in my opinion. I'm surprised to be the first to review this place as I've been here on the rare occasion and it's a solid venue to have a party or an anniversary, to celebrate your wedding or to simply attend one of their banquets. It's a good time. As most typical halls do, Costa Del Mare provides its guests with cultural entertainment. For those of you coming here, newsflash... it's very Italian! OOH!! So expect them to show case it loud and proud. The music plays the old Italian classics as you dance and weave through your dinner services until you groggily put your coat on and make your way to your car when the evening is done. They play other types of music but expect a taste of Italian love. What really stood out for me was Mr. Palermo who was our host for the evening. He was very amiable and really into the celebration. He had a wide variety of impromptu gifts for his guests. He knew people's birthdays and special moments and they were called up and given gifts all night long. Very unexpected. This left a very positive impression. There was also a lottery for donations and a whole bunch of gifts for guests when their numbers were called up. We enjoyed this very much. Perhaps because we were winners of something pretty cool. :) As far as food goes, it was very typical what you get at a hall. Appetizers and desserts are banquet style and all you can eat, everything else in between is set course style. For me, this was probably the weakest portion of the event. I found most of the food to be very average, a sharp contrast to the fun I was having with the entertainment and of course.... the open bar. :) GLUG GLUG GLUG One plate stood out for me was the main course, the pork was REALLY good which took a 2 star meal all night to an average 3 stars for me. The event was $90 per person and I think it has value since you get here at 6 PM and can leave as late as 3 AM. There's plenty of entertainment and food. Open bar, that's at least worth half the price right?!? Good times. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and will probably come back.

With black, white, and deep purple colors it is quite eye catching. When walking through the hall the lights are a light purple catching the glimmer of the crystals that hang the entrance. Once inside a woman hanging through a hoop is pouring champagne for the guests. I am sure this is an extra but very cool to know it's an option. The International buffet was eclectic from Hunan dumplings to garlic shrimp and shish kabobs. The food was very tasty and decor nice. The only con was the dance floor was made of some sort of vinyl instead of wood which made it hard to flow. All in all really beautiful hall.

Service was fantastic staff was kind and courteous and the general people we're very nice we had two couples at our table and we had a blast with them! We are going back next year! I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a NY that's outside of the house parties and club scene the crowed is mixed and tables come in placements of 10 so 5 couples is ideal for a full table and tickets sell out fast. The music was off the hook and they gave out door prices and Gold star entertainment provided light sticks glow rings and other great party favors!

Woohoo! is right!…read more The hall just renovated the Royale Ballroom - and it looks WONDERFUL! LED lights, a glass bar, lights under the tables and shimmering crystals everywhere! The best part is that all of this in included in one VERY reasonable price! (during the off-season). The food is supposed to be great, with pages and pages of options! I can't wait to see it all come together on November 13th! : )

A hall rental only is what we booked and even that was a desaster We didn't even take catering services. We sat down, many months prior and signed a contract and discussed with châteaubriant for a wedding. 2 weeks before the event, chateaubriand is trying to change the contract in their favour, twisting their words and demanding at least 2 to 4 thousand more aside from the total we already agreed upon. We were 4 people when we sat down and signed the contract. We all heard the same thing and it wasn't anything they were now twisting and saying it was. They were trying to twist the meaning of the things written and signed by both parties in the contract. When we pushed back and demanded respect of the contract, they started being disrespectful and dishonest. 2 days before the wedding châteaubriant called the bride complaining about receiving his money and about the catering service and how he wanted things to go, when the catering service was an outside company and had nothing to do with him. Mind you he spoke to the wedding planner just the day prior to this call and he didn't know that the bride was aware of everything that was discussed and that HE agreed to the plan that was in motion with the wedding planner. But instead of going according to plan, he called the bride 2 days before the wedding to stress her out and raise his voice and complain about things that weren't going how he wants them to go. The day of the wedding, he Refused the food that was catered and delivered. Refuses to allow usage of their fridge, although it was already agreed upon, which resulted in the food being left out for hours. They sat down and drank juice and ate pizza instead of doing what was agreed upon, signed in the contract and paid for ; giving usage of their fridge, serving drink and hors d'œuvres, for example. Behaving disrespectfully and screaming and yelling at the caterer and DJ and other members of the party who was nothing but respectful towards them. I suggest you look elsewhere to book for an event. There are more beautiful & respectful places out there.
