This was followed by a 3 course meal that included duck and a lemon tart. Every bite was delicious. Chez Charlotte makes you feel as though you've been invited to someone's home for dinner. An antique wooden bar fills the back wall while tables are placed along the large windows and everyone has a view of the kitchen. I could view the kitchen from where I sat which allowed me to see all the chef who created my fabulous meal. I highly recommend a visit if you are traveling through this lovely wine country village.

I want to try and recreate this dish at home. The chocolate cake I had for dessert was just okay, no big deal. The dinner was also a set menu, that had come with my hotel reservation (some package with Chateau Cordeillan-Bages). It was similar to the lunch, but different items to choose from.
