Wonderful bakery with great breads. I came here multiple times and tried their Baguette aux Graines (multigrain) and Baguette de Tradition. And their croissants. All were great. Good textures and flavors. Just the right amount of crisp and chew on the crusts.
No seating here, standing in line only. The service was courteous. Overall service could be a tad slow as sometimes there weren't enough staff, but each staffer was efficient.
General vibe is that of a prestigious bakery that are pushing out as much bread as possible. I do see people kneading dough in the back, so it's made on site. And it's fun to get a glimpse into their baking process!
