We've been here twice in five weeks. The first time it was pretty quiet in the beginning of July....then in the middle of August it was totally packed (mostly french customers). But one can see why this supermarket is so popular. It is super....big! Really got all the food items you could think of. Huge meat, fish and seafood selection. Also lots of different kind of Jamon, from the dirt cheap (but still tasty) to the luxury versions. You can buy whole legs as well as fresh cuts or pre-cut and packed ones. Fruit and veggies selection is big as well and there are lots of interesting sodas, many flavours I couldn't get at home. Wine, beer and booze come at very good prices (most french customers come for that it seemed). Spain also has some great canned Tuna, and they have a good selection of these....bought quite some. It's really fun shopping here. If you got some time on your hands, it's fun to wander and stroll around the store. Just be aware that - at least in mid-august - you will have to wait in line for a while at the cashier. read more
