One characteristic that stood out the most was Dr Dadjoo finding ways to build rapport and make connection not only to his patients but also he finds time to engage in conversation with parents. My daughter never complained a single thing ever since she started her treatment. Dr Dadjoo explained everything and provided instructions to a manner that kids and teenagers will understand. There are times I will let my daughter make her appointment herself. Clinic staff are also very approachable and polite, too. Clinic is well maintained, smells really good, and their equipment is top notched! Dadjoo Orthodontics indeed have great Services and they are very reliable. During consultation, I realized we have chosen a one of a kind Orthodontist ! I'm not exaggerating! I had been to so many different dentist/ortho/provider, but never ever have I experience someone gave us an entire powerpoint presentation of what he can offer in terms of orthodontic services, why should we choose him as orthodontist-educational and training backgrounds, diagnosing what is the main problem and providing solutions to it. And last but definitely not the least, various payment plan. What makes him different? Simply because most of the time, anywhere you go, a provider/dentist/specialist/ortho will only state their name, tell you the problem and their next usual phrase would be "oh I'll have my assistant or secretary talk to you about the rest" then leave to proceed to the next patient. Those instances made you feel like it's all about money. With Dr Dadjoo, the scheduled time you book is all yours-- which means this time is dedicated to you- to discuss about patient, speak with you being the parent, and giving out information about him being the future Orthodontist of your child. This is personal approach, you don't feel rush, you feel heard and seen! :) He willingly entertain questions. And mind you, the payment plan their clinic offers are very affordable. I remember the doctor telling me if I'm not comfortable with the payment plan, do not hesitate to voice it out coz they are more than willing to work with your budget, instead of stalling/delaying your dental needs because of the financial burden it carries. And that folks speaks volume! A lot of us parents, even if we have insurance, there's some copay we still need to take care of which could cause worry and anxiety. And whether its few bucks or huge amount, were still talking about money . But Dadjoo Orthodontics made it easier and simpler, and as parent, I truly appreciate that. Before I forgot, their clinic is situated in Porter Ranch just across Best Buy and Walmart. They even have a huge parking area, so it's less hassle. And can I just say, that you can witness first hand the breath taking view of the sunset while getting your dental treatment. In addition, they have a very smooth/easy scheduling- from initial consultation up to follow ups, I never had an issue. Even their after hours, Dr Dadjoo never hesitate to help and answer each call. I remember, back in September, my daughter's bracket came off at 0640ish pm (1st time- 7days post placement of bracket, she had tacos). I called the clinic number and follow the prompt. The next ring, it was answered by him. And guess what, in span of 15mins we meet with Dr Dadjoo in the clinic to take care of the loose bracket. Fyi, clinic is close, so he has to drive back from home. Never heard any complaints from him whatsoever. Very accomodating and never once blame my daughter. Fast forward to Oct, like literally this afternoon, while at school, my daughter's bracket came off while eating (school lunch was her favorite- spicy chicken sandwich lol, 5th week post bracket placement). I notified the clinic and they gladly took us in, last appointment at 0330pm. Guys, I'm not making this up! This whole experience was all real. Like seriously! If you are looking for a reliable, compassionate, team driven and brilliant Orthodontist please come and check Dadjoo Orthodontics coz he is wayyyyy better than others! He is the best among the rest! Comfortable environment with caring staff…read more Located in the Porter Ranch Medical Center on Rinaldi Street across from The Vineyards Shopping Center, this dental office is conveniently located off the 118 freeway. I visited on a Monday morning for a free consultation for a dental appliance with Dr. Dadjoo. Parking was ample in the huge lot. The office was immaculate, modern and comfortable. The television in the lobby was set up so that you could play video games while you wait. The dental chairs faced the window enabling patients to take in the view as they received treatment. Dr. Dadjoo was kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to examine my situation and explained the entire process to me. The staff were equally as friendly and helpful. This is an office that cares.

A Disappointing Experience That Didn't Match the Promise…read more I came to TLC Smiles after responding to an Invisalign promotional offer, hopeful and ready to move forward with treatment. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways that I feel left a bad taste in my mouth- no pun intended. Before my appointment, during an Invisalign monitored phone call, I was questioned about my insurance in a manner that felt judgmental when I explained I would be paying out of pocket. I was also informed -- for the first time -- that I would need to visit a separate dental office for a cleaning and any other work before Invisalign could begin. This requirement appeared nowhere in the Invisalign advertising that brought me there, nor in the conversations with Invisalign, and I found it frustrating to learn of it only after I was already in the process. The questionnaire sent in advance asked irrelevant questions like if I were to take a vacation where would it be? Why should my dentist want that info? I wrote- 'none of your business,' but in hindsight I should not have bother to fill anything out. The day-of staff were friendly, and the 3D scanning technology was genuinely impressive. The doctor was informative and walked me through the treatment plan clearly for restoring the position of my front tooth. She asked if I preferred to do everything, including my bottom, I said I'd consider it. . I appreciated that part of the visit. What disappointed me was what followed. Midway through my appointment, a financial coordinator entered the room unannounced with a clipboard. The moment the doctor finished speaking, she handed me a pen and a quote for $5,500 -- approximately $1,500 higher than I had researched and anticipated. The expectation seemed to be that I would sign immediately. I also want to note that the 18-month treatment timeline quoted here was considerably longer than the 6-12 months I had been quoted by other providers. I left feeling that much of this had been predetermined before I walked into the appointment, rather than tailored to what the scans and X-rays actually revealed that day. There was no quote for just my front tooth and a second for the whole mouth. This felt like I was being politely asked to leave by showing me a really high price and extended time frame. They had to do the exams because of their agreement with Invisalign but made me feel like they truly did not want me as a patient unless I paid about 50% more. One important note for anyone considering this office: the 3D scans performed here are not transferable to other Invisalign providers, so if you leave without committing, you will need to start the process over elsewhere. I genuinely hope others have a smoother experience. My advice would be to ask detailed questions about prerequisites, timeline, and pricing before your appointment -- so you're not surprised at the moment they hand you a pen. I did ask and got no answers other than 'each case is different.' Also noted: Invisalign's own representatives followed up with me multiple times after my visit -- I'd encourage the company to review how their affiliated providers are presenting their program to prospective patients. These visits come with those non transferable x-rays. It's not like shopping around for shoes or cars. Multiple x-rays are not a good thing. I made Invisalign aware of this in their high pressure calls today.

On September 2024 I decided to have my braces put back on have double Jaw surgery to correct my bite and on June 2025 I had the surgery. Finally on August 20th 2026th. For all those years I want to give special thanks to Dr Pair, Dawn, Kristine Cody and all staff treated me nothing but kindness. Over the past 8 years, she has helped me with everything from regular cleanings and deep cleanings to identifying fractures and issues that other dentists had completely missed. She also has incredible knowledge of laser treatments, pain management, and how dental problems can affect your jaw, face, and neck. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about doing what's right for her patients. She never pushes unnecessary treatments, explains everything clearly, and her pricing is surprisingly affordable considering the quality of care she provides. I was going to my other Dentist for 15 years however my Dentist is no longer practicing I decided to come to Dr. Mishra based on another recommendation. I'm so happy I was able to find an honest, hard working Dentist that I could trust and feel comfortable with. His staff is very kind and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with Theresa and Leo they are so pleasant on the phone, they answered all my questions and went over everything with me. I have gone to other Dentists before and they try to nickel and dime you and tell you that you need to do this and you need to do that which is absolute bs. Thankfully I didn't deal with that here. Dr. Mishra took his time to evaluate my teeth and gum health. He made me feel at ease and I appreciate his approach. We took x rays and everything was smooth. His Dental hygienist was friendly and didn't try to tell me any nonsense which I appreciated it. So far so good I've been here a few times for cleanings and it's been a great experience. Also don't judge a book by its cover the outside may not be the best but the inside is lovely and very spacious. I highly recommend Dr. Mishra he's a great Dentist and will take care of you.
