Basically you belly up to the bar, point to what you like, and munch away (with a Zurito (small Beer) to wash it down). Don't worry, they'll keep track of what you eat and drink. Bars present their Pintxos mid day and again in the early evening. Txalupa wasn't our first choice, but it was certainly a favourite during our recent trip to Spain.
