Equipment is very well maintained (when not new), always functional, lots of free weights and cardio machines, never have to wait for anything, huge room for group classes... The gym area, locker rooms are immaculate and so are the showers...thanx to the hard work or Renato...the coolest dude in the place! Best of all, even when it's "busy", it's still pretty chill. If you go very early in the morning or around 9:00 on weeknights, you'll most likely have the gym to yourselves! With my subscription, I can go to whichever Nautilus I want and I've tried most of them in the Montreal area. This one is my favourite. Feels like home...

More equipment has been added to the cardio section over the years which is nice due to the growing amount of people however it's become extremely tight and difficult to pass in between machines even if you're stick skinny. When I called to try to speak to someone about this I was told that it was the financing Department that sent me to collection and that financing does not want their number given out because they do not want to have to deal with any of it all in all once my amount is paid and my year is over I will never return to this gym

On-line enrollment is fairly painless and easy, though you must subscribe to the Amalia service (yet another password to remember!) which manages their online enrollment. My class is okay...not great but it gets the job done. At $90 for 10 sessions, the price is right. The seniors' class in the next section of the pool seems to be having more fun than we are, so I'm guessing that enjoyment of the class depends a lot on the instructor. Customer service when you call their office left me less than impressed. I had a special request to which they said no -- not a problem that the answer is no, but there is a way to say no politely... As far as I know, all of their classes are in French. The pool at Claude-Robillard was recently renovated and is quite lovely. The changerooms aren't the greatest (in particular, no hooks in the showers for towels/toiletries) but the lockers are nice and clean and new.

I really enjoyed my classes with Emily and Vanessa! They were awesome and they let you go at your own pace, which is important to me! I would recommend this place to anyone - but especially those who want to try yoga but are intimidated by it (like myself) - the instructors make you feel so comfortable.
