I was so full by the time I finished them that I had a bit of trouble making my way through my Lamb Shank entrée. It was lamb roasted with shallots, root vegetables, and a wine sauce, but the meat was a bit over-cooked, salty, and dry. I probably should have chosen a lighter dish. The Magret de canard was absolutely delicious. The duck was cooked to a perfect medium with a nice sear on top. The sauce also went very well with the duck. The Comme un Pim's was pretty good. The orange sauce has a slight bitterness that went well with the chocolate.
