The cook will go to the port in the morning to get his fresh fish. The menu can change on a daily basis. It's a small place that can accommodate probably 16 guests maximum. Nothing special about the place itself, it's located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Make sure you book (they ain't opened every day) a table because it's always full. You'll get complimentary charcuterie plate after ordering your food. Dishes are all amazing, well worked, prepared. The sauces are perfectly seasoned, tasty and light. All products are fresh. I cannot specifically comment on the dishes I had as they change regularly but... I can highlight 2 plates: - Blood sausage (boudin noir) starter, served on a sizzling salt block (see my photo) was superb. The use of sisho and pan sauteed veggies highlighted the sausage perfectly. - Cod: perfectly cooked with a light foamy cream sauce and local veggies. The aroma of the sauce blended with the fish was succulent. Deserts are so delicate, fine, light, tasty and the presentation is fantastic! 1 starter and 1 entree OR entree + desert for about US$32. Quite flavorful but the only shellfish were mussels, no shrimp, no scallops and no clams. However, there was also a generous portion of at least one or two different types of fish. The Lotte Tagine was a tasty and good sized portion of monk fish in a delicious saffron flavored sauce. Our waiter (one of the owners) informed us that the apples in our dessert came right off of a tree out back (he spoke a little bit of broken English and started trying to use it later in the meal to communicate a little better with us). If you are looking for some where with no tourists to have an amazing meal- look no further. For the mains we've chosen the Moules marinieres (mussels) with fries and the Cuisse de grenouilles (frog legs) with garlic butter. Both great choices. And the frog legs nothing short of amazing.
