Our meal began with amuse bouche - a foamy concoction of beets and avocado (or so we speculate) with tasty crackers. The adults enjoyed these starters. Interesting flavors and textures.
The children had a variation of steak frites which they enjoyed. One of us had the fish stew which was well prepared with scallops and other fish, including one smoked. We also had poached fish du jour - a whitefish - that came in a poaching bag with a buttery herb sauce. Tasty and perfectly cooked.
Salads and desserts were also good. The staff is attentive and prompt. We enjoyed our meal in a great location - across from the marina and right near parking in downtown Courseulles. read more
