Your website clearly states: "FREE DELIVERY on orders over $50!!! Next day delivery when orders are placed prior to 2pm!"
I placed the order at 1pm on Tuesday 5 March. I should have had it on Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday afternoon you told me that the parcel had only just been collected - which turned out to be untrue anyway. After no replies from you and being unable to contact you by email or phone ALL DAY TODAY I have spent the last 5 hours personally chasing courier companies Temando and Courier Please to find the parcel - only to discover that it had been finally collected THIS MORNING AT 11:19am!! How could you not notice that this hadn't been done considering the delivery information on your website?!
I needed these headphones today for my partners birthday on the weekend - I thought that purchasing a product on Tuesday with a delivery schedule of "Next day" would be a pretty safe order. With the presence of AusPost Express Registered Post Parcels and multiple same day courier companies, this shouldn't be that hard! But instead, thanks to this poor service, my partner now has no present - his surprise is now ruined as the package won't arrive until Tuesday next week...!!
I can't even contact you to arrange a new express same day delivery today and have the current in-transit package returned to you! This is just shocking customer service!
Prior to this issue I was very happy with the product offering at Le Creme and was considering further purchases as I prefer to support Australian suppliers. At this point I never intend to purchase again, and will recommend friends and family to look elsewhere. read more
