It is small and stylish so this store has a boutique feel about it. The sales assistants are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing whatsoever. It is pleasure to shop there. They are quite pricey, so I do tend to go there to buy "investment pieces" as they say as opposed to accessories, which I think are a bit over-priced. Other than that it is a great store!

I didn't even wear it. I called customer service to complain. They were suppose to call me back for a 2nd review. By this time they sent it back to me. I called 2 weeks after and they decided without even seeing the product new with tags, they declined a refund? WTF!!!! Called again to speak to a supervisor and again no call 2 weeks later nothing! They obviously do not care about their customers. Disgusted and disappointed!! I will never ever buy anything from this company again and post this experience everywhere I can.

It covers three floors and it very spacious…read more The ground floor has womens clothing and accessories, the first floor has childrens wear and womens lingerie and the second floor has menswear, homewares and womens shoes. There is also a customer services department for refunds and queries. It is an extremely busy store but nevertheless there are ample checkouts and the staff deal very efficiently with the queues so the wait is never too long. There is an excellent range of products and the store seems to be kept reasonably tidy compared to the smaller branches.

I can't understand why Primark seems to attract the kind of customers (not all of them of course) that will just drop stuff on the floor and not pick it up leaving clothes everywhere for the poor staff to run around after. Good disabled access with disabled changing rooms and specialist low pay point and lifts as well as escalators. Cheap and cheerful and just outside next door there is a plaque to commemorate the fact that it was the birth place of H G Wells.

I'll admit, I used to really dislike Wallis. I thought their clothing was boring, a bit too…read moregrown-up looking for me and a bit stuffy. However, maybe their style has changed a bit lately or maybe I've been doing some growing up, because when I've bothered going into this shop in the last year I've actually started noticing a lot more items that I actually like and could see myself wearing. What clinched it for me was when I was struggling to find a dress to wear to a wedding this past March and I found a style (and price) that suited me perfectly in Wallis. I was thrilled to bits as it was the first dress I felt happy enough to own since MY wedding! Most of the clothing in here is probably best for office wear, but as I work in an office this is appropriate and I will probably be shopping here quite often from now on.
