Rooms are clean and modernly simple. The walls are sterilely white. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. I did enjoy drinking champagne on the balcony and watching the top portion of the eiffel tower sparkle. Breakfast options are bleak. This hotel is not the hotel one would want to stay if wanting to experience the best of Paris.

This was to make roon for a separate pizzeria at the frint. To the side, they still have the open air area for the summer (used to be crowded) But this wasn't crowded. the service was good, friendly, efficient...I had the steak, my wife the tune carpaccio, followed by a sorbet and Finger Gianduja. A couple of glasses of bubbles, a glass of Cote du Rhone and a Sancerre blanc. Very reasonably priced and good value at £130 inc tip. That makes 2 good steaks in a week in Paris...a rare event! As we were leaving we were given a leaflet advertising their NYE bash...it all looked very familiar...not surprising, as it is now owned by the same people as have the River Cafe a bit further down the Seine - we have had my wife's significant birthday there (good food), we were there for NYE pre Covid (great fun, arrived at 9pm, left at 2:15...slow day after)...we are booked in again for the NYE this year! (maybe next year, we just walk up the road to CdlJ rather than add another £100 taxi bill!) A lovely evening in a well-Christmas decorated room Guess we should come here more often

We sat near the front window/bar section which was also nice. The interior decorations are trendy and make for a fun atmosphere. We did the appetizer, main course prix fix menu and began our meal with the steak tartare and mackerel. The steak tartare was incredibly thin, super flavorful and really delicate. Definitely an easy and delicious start to the meal. The mackerel was surprisingly more dense but delicious served slightly warm with a chilled potato mustard salad. I would be curious to try something different next time. For our main course we had the Veggie Wok stir-fry and goat cheese pastry salad. The Veggie Wok stir-fry was exactly as expected and had flavors of soy, sesame, ginger and something very bitter. A good dish if you're craving a cold noodle salad, but we were looking for something more warm. The goat cheese pastry salad was definitely the winner of this meal with amazing flavors of warm melty goat cheese wrapped in a delicate filio dough. A cute spot with great ambiance and a solid menu, certainly worth checking out!
