Most other stores I have been do not offer good customer service, and more importantly, all their dresses looks almost the same being from the same designers. I was amazed by Eternal Bridal's new york labels, as they were unique, and felt really comfortable when I put it on. The consultants were highly professional yet very down to earth, I ended up getting a Lazaro gown from them, even though it was bit over my budget, it was well with it, considering the design, quality and service I am getting from them. Would definitely recommend this shop to all brides out there.

The moment I walked into the shop the staffs at Eternal Bridal treated me like a VIP. They greeted me by my name as I have made a booking on the phone and the whole experience was just amazing. Kaitlyn was my stylist and she was such a darling. She patiently waited for me when I said I wanted to browse through the dresses. I was overwhelmed with my choices (they are very stunning!), she was quick to recommend a few based on my preference and body shape. I tried them, they fitted perfectly, I was definitely in love. I had a hard time choosing between two dresses of Lazaro and had to ring mum to come. Kaitlyn was with me throughout the whole process and I ended up stretching my budget to go with the more expensive one. I want to say a big thank you to Eternal Bridal especially Kaitlyn for making my nightmare turned to a dream come through. My bestie is getting married this Nov and I definitely recommending Eternal Bridal to her. I had the worst experience at Croce & Colosimo during the lead up to my wedding. I found that they…read morewere very dismissive of my needs and only produced what they thought was "beautiful" for the image of their company. On my first visit prior to drawing my sketch I told him 'very minimal cleavage" and straps - I would like to remain modest for religious reasons, however the reason is not relevant because I should have my dress designed to my own specifications regardless. I bought a friend with me to each fitting 8/10 times & we both saw how very adamant Ines was on not doing what I wanted i.e, "straps won't look good so will just decide after the dress is made if you still want them, you can't cover all the cleavage cause it will ruin the dress", I found extremely discouraged. I delivered this information every single time persistent on what I wanted, will no acknowledgment. On my last fitting I had enough, I was feeling really uncomfortable about having a dress so revealing, why shouldn't I get what I want? Im paying a lot of money for this dress (Croce & Colosimo has high end dresses) shouldn't I feel beautiful on my special day? Together with my mum I told her how i felt and what I wanted done to my dress. To my apsolute shock she started yelling, "why didnt you tell me before (I did) you are so rude you dont appreciate all the work weve put in" I started crying because I was so overwhelmed I kept telling her to stop yelling at me and she just kept going. She actually took a step back from my dress and said, "you know what, you just need to shut your mouth" from this I started crying, so then my mum started crying cause she saw how unhappy I was... it was a mess. In the end she fixed my dress cause she had to. Mario the other dress maker was fantastic he didn't concern himself with any of these matters and even gave me a complimentary veil. But I suggest Ines should take a course of customer service. I understand that they have high end dresses and want to put it on show so they want 'what they think looks good' but it is MY dress and MY wedding, not to mention being abused... worst experience at Croce & Colosimo.
