The ice cream hits the mark! Large variety of delicious, rich and creamy gelato or fruity and light…read moresorbetto. Tastes exactly like the item/fruit described. The service is efficient as the lines can be long. Ordered the famous flower with a macaroon in the center and the ice cream scoopers are precise and take pride in their creation. Each flower was consistent and identifiable (even though they may have felt rushed as the lines were long). the macaroon does get a little soft sitting atop the ice cream, so if you are a macaroon purist, you may want to opt out of it or ask for it on the side. The caramel salted gelato was one of the best we had on the trip. The melon was just like biting into a fresh and juicy cantalope. The coffee gelato tasted exactly like a flat white. Very impressed with the quality here!
