While every other restaurant in Paris greets you with "Bonjour," Holybelly greets you with a "hey guys." It stands out. For food, I had their signature stack wtih all of the trimmings, pancakes (delcious and cooked perfectly), eggs (no subs for sunny side up but got them fried hard), delicious bacon, bourbon syrup, and sauteed mushrooms (excellent), and ordered a side of scrambled eggs since I could not sub the eggs. Everything was really, really good! I also got an iced coffee and mimosa. I highly recommend and would definitely return to Holybelly!

We ordered the house specialty: la poulet au pot. it was the most delicious and hearty meal yet not rich and filling. the broth was somewhat sweet yet salty too and not overly so. We also ordered a 50 cL of red wine. We ordered a flourless chocolate cake for dessert with ice cream. after that we had some espresso. I was so happy.
