The spa is pretty exclusive, and I felt completely safe with the staff. While there might be some binary individuals, the environment is designed to make everyone feel at ease. Poor resolution from staff- We were offered a bottle of champagne and were ultimately sent back to the same infested room. Charged in full. Personally faced the cost of professionally laundering all of our belongings to avoid bringing any unwanted guests home with us.
