I went for 10 stayed till 12 am (closes at 1 am on weekends) did basketball of course I killed it got 4 tickets but didn't get anything as you need more so will hang on to those to get a bigger prize next time. Did a lot of shooting games which was fun and loud. Did the Pirate ship at first it was fun but they kept doing it I got sick near the end but made it of course. Food was expensive as it usually is 4 dollars for a hot dog in baguette but I still ate it all. There's police walking around everywhere so it's pretty safe. Every year this fair gets bigger and more elaborate, but it still manages to retain its imperfect charm. The flume ride will still ruin your clothes for the rest of the evening, the fun house will still put you in danger of a black eye, and the carousel will still spin its rickety way around again and again. Get ice cream, and wander at will. Everything's overpriced, of course, but don't worry, it'll be okay. This is a quintessentially Parisian event. The Ferris wheel is strikingly beautiful, and locals and tourists alike are willing to shell out a little more than usual for an unforgettable view from the top.

It's a type of amusement ride. The ride consists of a rotating circular platform with seats for riders. The "seats" are traditionally in the form of rows of wooden horses or other animals mounted on posts. Typically the posts move up and down by gears to simulate galloping, to the accompaniment of music. At one time carousels sprang up all over Europe. I noticed many of them during my visits to Paris. I saw them so frequently I was surprised at their popularity. I took a photo of one. I'd love to visit more Paris carousels some day. For now I have many Carousels to visit in Manhattan. I always enjoy watching and hearing the music. When you visit Paris keep your eyes open for these colorful festive amusement rides.

THE GOOD -----------------…read more+ Still a pretttty big park to conquer, but relatively manageable for small kids. + No shortage of amazing Disney-themed rides! All of the traditional ones (e.g., It's a Small World, Mad Hatter's Tea Cups, Pirates of the Caribbean,) that Disney fans grew up with at other Disney parks, are here too! + Many rides are for kids of all ages, with the exception of only a few that require riders to be of a certain height (e.g., Hyperspace Mountain, Orbitron, etc.) + Sooooo much scenery (e.g., Sleeping Beauty's Castle, Main Street, themed lands, rides, parade) to take pictures of and with. + Plenty of restaurants to dine in at, including buffets, or do counter service. The food is actually decent and unlike the usual fast food served in the States. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Warning to non-kid lovers - Avoid Disney parks at all costs. There will be enough tantrums, crying, rude acts, complaints, unsanitary bathrooms, fart smells that will test any person's patience and stomach. - Felt that more tourists were rude here versus at the U.S. parks - might have been due to the language barrier and that many tourists were from all over Europe speaking different languages, so people were unable to communicate their pleasantries/courtesy. - Expectedly long lines for the most popular rides (e.g., Peter Pan's Flight) - Where were the Disney characters???? Not a whole lot of Disney characters to take photos with, unlike in the U.S. parks. - Disney cast members weren't the most friendliest/engaging or as happy-looking as in the U.S. parks. - Oddly, there were no soft drinks for children sold at the vendor stands. Only Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Fanta and Fuze Ice Tea were available. Children drinks (apple or orange juice) were only sold at restaurants. - The fireworks show occurs VERY late at 10:30 PM, so keeping up little ones can be a challenge. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS ------------------------------------- = Once 7 PM hit, the crowd noticeably got smaller, not to say it was empty, but there was definitely less people as some families left, either for the day or to return later in the evening for the fireworks show. CONCLUSION -------------------- = This is a Disney park so expect all things Disney here - buildings, structures, statues, rides, characters, restaurants. Make sure your phone is FULLY charged and bring a phone charger pack! There will be long waits for rides and some counter service restaurants + lots of people no matter when you visit, so bring your best version and patience. Most importantly, HAVE A GOOD TIME!

Unfortunately it's in 3rd place. Yes, admission fees are less here and it shows. Here are some of my observations; This park seems smaller and has fewer attractions than the other two. The number of dining options (both table and counter service) appear to be similar. The train ride around the park only makes one additional stop other than the one at the entrance and there isn't much to see on that ride. Kind of boring. I noticed several areas of the park had leaves and other natural vegetation on the ground that needed to be swept up. You would not see that at the other two parks. They stay immaculate. Also, I thought that some of the areas needed some remodeling and freshening up. Another thing was that most of the food/souvenir carts were not open. Not sure why? Two positive things were that the RER Metro runs a train to within 200 yards of the front entrance which makes it very convenient to come here from Paris without a car. It only costs 2.5€ to make that 40 minute trip from central Paris. The other was that I had a good meal at Agrabah restaurant in the park. Yes it was 45€ with a drink but the food quality was very good and it is an all you can eat restaurant. If you live in Europe this location is convenient and that is why it is popular. It's like visiting the US without actually having to travel there and spending a lot of time and money to do so. However if you come to the US and go to either of the other two parks you will notice that this place is not up to par.

It took us forever to get there since the shuttle never picked us up at the Louvre due to rain, we trekked it to Charles de Gaulle and caught the charter bus from there. Soaked in rolled up jeans, flip flops and "100% anti pluie" ponchos, we had a blast sipping on tall cans of 1664 and running around the amusement park. There are plenty of old, Romanesque statues and plenty of photo opps. Lots of fun rides for families and people of any age, and it felt very safe. And the gift shop sold HOOKAHS. Tell me where you'd find that in les États-Unis! Way worth the bus ride out there from Paris!

This one's kind o' tough. I had fun but they seemed like they were phoning it in…read more First the hours. On weekdays during summer they close at 6 o'clock. During summer it stays light so long that most European women haven't decided what they're serving for dinner until 8:00. But this place closes at 6:00. Earns 'em triple bonus points on the looser-ometer. And the height restrictions. Ugh. They've got this height chart posted all over the park that breaks kid's heights into three categories. Kiddie rides only, Must be accompanied and Can ride unaccompanied. Both kids are Must ride accompanied or taller so we're golden. Dad can take his kiddos on everything! Until we show up to one of the more fun looking rides a discover that they've got a totally different height chart. Now neither of the girls are tall enough. Come on! It was stupid and a serious buzz kill. The best ride of the park was the Hydra. We ran most of the way over there and ended up being the last group of riders for the day. This thing spins you around and hops you up and down so smoothly that I was squealing like and idiot for a solid 5 minutes. And the fact that my little girls were right there with me? What a joy. And an awesome way to end the day. Park's closed, I carry my littlest one to the parking lot and think "Hey, only an hour and a half til dinner."
