I once watched a woman call for help for 45 minutes and the nurses aid told her to wait. In that time I heard her yell "I'm in pain", "what is the matter with you people", "nobody cares". Often I sat with my dad and only saw a nurses aid occasionally and even then they blew off the patient. One day I walked into the dinner room to tell the staff we were leaving and all the residents were sitting eating and there with not one staff member around. What would happen if they choked? The administration has no idea how useless their staff is. Please never send your love one there I wish I could give a negative number

They insisted we pay 6000$ for 2 weeks in advance; they put pressure on my mom to pay quickly to 'reserve the room', but when it came time to sign, the room was no longer available. We put my dad there Dec 2. THE TEAM FORGOT TO GIVE MY DAD HIS MEDS THE WHOLE DAY / NIGHT, despite us paying extra for 24-7 service.... and the food is garbage and in very small portions. It's crazy expensive too. Update Dec 7 : Today I noticed they didn't indicated his medication in Wednesday. WHEN I ARRIVED THIS MORNING AT 8:20am TODAY THEY HAD NOT YET GIVEN HIM THe 6am MEDICATIONS (I have proof and pictures) Update Dec 9: After 1 week of staying there, the doctor has not yet passed by. On Friday I asked when the doctor will pass by, they told me Monday (today). Today I asked again and they said they don't know , then they said Friday, maybe. HORRIBLE experience. My family and I have been the most stressed by this experience . A small portion of the staff cares but overall management and PABs do not.
