They have a pretty small menu that changes every week depending on what they have in season, which is great because there's variety and the things are fresh. They seem to have 2 pastas, a salad, 2 sandwich choices, and a few desserts that they bake in house. You can get just a sandwich, a salad, or a plate of pasta. Or you can get a sandwich + dessert, salad + dessert, or if you want coffee or tea, they have that too. The sandwiches are pre-made so they are the fastest to grab and go. The salads take a little more time to prepare so you may have to wait 10-15 min. The salad I got had soba noodles, basil, carrots, and some lettuce with a soy-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious and refreshing; slightly on the smaller side but that meant more room for dessert. The desserts made in house are also delicious. I had an almond apricot cake; they also had cookies, and ice cream / sorbet. The place is really cute but small, so if you have more than 4 people you may want to go elsewhere. They have only a few tables and 2 armchairs. There is no air conditioning but they have free WiFi, so I was able to do a little work on my laptop there. Would recommend this place and will definitely come here again and again!

This is a small cafe with…read morebread, coffee, and some pastries, but they seem to specialise in sandwiches, as that's the biggest part of their menu on the wall. The sandwiches seem made-to-order, which is also nice so that the inside part is fresh and the bread doesn't get soggy. I got the special sandwich of the week, which was chorizo, manchego and lettuce, and it cost 5,5 €. It was a pretty simple sandwich with meat, cheese and lettuce, and the bread was fine but nothing to rave about in my opinion, especially not for the price. I found the sandwich to be on the smaller side - it was a bit thin/skinny. My favorite place for sandwiches in Toulouse is still Peche Mignon close to Carmes Market, the sandwiches range from 3-5€ and are much larger in size and quantity of filling. I was still hungry after eating my sandwich from here. You can get some croissants, some other bread here, but the pastries didn't look particularly fresh to me. They also had lasagna as their plate of the day and a few warmer sandwiches like Croque Monsieur, etc. Also, be careful of the rubber-bands that they use to hold the sandwiches together. There are usually 2 of them, and hidden by the paper that they wrap around the sandwiches. So I got an unwelcome surprise trying to chew through some stretchy fabric covered band that I thought was part of the sandwich. Cash only so plan accordingly. Sadly, I don't think I'll be back - there are better places in Toulouse for baked goods, bread and sandwiches.

They were fast, had a decent selection of prepared sandwiches (2 types of ham, BBQ chicken, tuna), and baked goods / pastries. It looked like they were making everything fresh in the back, which was nice because I had just gone to a different bakery earlier in the day, where I saw them pulling pastries out of a box (so I presume they weren't making them in house) The sandwich I had was solid with fresh bread, ham, cheese, some lettuce and tomato. It wasn't necessarily mind-blowing, but was good and we were hungry. We also got a chocolate eclair which was also good but was a little bit confused that there was almost like a chocolate-mousse for the filling instead of a vanilla custard/filling. Delicious, but not sure I'd be hankering to get this particular dessert again. I'd come back here again to try more things, but don't think I'd make a special trip out of my way to come here over and over.

Take a look at the pics on the site - these are airbrushed; they're the real thing! Amazingly, they also carry some damn good, fresh & hot chocolate chip cookies, as well as glazed donuts. I just gotta get back there and hit up some of those pain au chocolat though!

It's not quite as crowded at night, but during lunch it can get really busy as a lot of people get sandwiches or other things to go. I've gotten the salads both times I've gone, which is a bowl of cold rice noodles, some lettuce and cabbage, and topped with your choice of meat, shredded carrots, some cucumbers and peanuts and a fish sauce dressing/vinaigrette. I've gotten both the shrimp and another time, the pork wrapped in betel leaf. You can also add a nem for 2€ if you want. I didn't find the meat (the shrimp or the pork/or beef wrapped in some kind of leaf) to be very high quality. There were only 5 pieces of shrimp in my shrimp salad and it was a little over-marinated and salty. The pork wrapped in betel-leaf was grilled and a bit fatty in pieces - I thought this was beef inside but it looked more like pork as I was eating it. I wish the proportions of the noodles to salad was lower as it's very noodle heavy. Overall, still a good dish and I'll need to try it again with just the normal beef or chicken to see if that's better. They also have bento boxes with rice and your choice of 2 meats, fresh spring rolls, a few desserts, and sandwiches with different meat options. You should be able to find something to suit your taste, even for vegetarians. I have yet to try lots of other Vietnamese places in Toulouse, but this one is pretty good for the price and speed - I just wouldn't get the shrimp or the pork wrapped in the leaf again.
