The hotel itself has gorgeous architecture and painted domes but the view is truly something else! You get a nice view of the hotel's vast green spaces along with a wide view of Lake Geneve.
I came here with a party of six and was seated quickly. We all ordered the duck foie gras, and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend it as your starter although it is a bit filling. For my main course, I ordered the pasta with caviar. As an American, I didn't care for the al dente pasta, but the sauce and the taste were very rich. The fish with hazelnut butter is was smooth and tender. I give this place a four star rating for amazing views and good service, but food that, while yummy, wasn't outstanding. Foie gras can be bought and eaten out of a can, and the steak my family ordered was overcooked.
