They did the classic French school for restauration and did work with the best before to open their own restaurant. Mr is the chef, Madame is working the room with a big smile a real knowledge. Each course you can feel the work done behind the scene. Scene look simple and cute but food really deserve the little trip if you are visiting Provence. Each course were original, tasty, well explained, and adventurous but still matching expectations. They did open one year ago, and i am sure this place will be more and more noticed and graded up every year.
