We enjoyed the burgers, roasted vegetables, and amazing cheesecake, among other treats. I have Celiac disease and the Local Bear can make much of their menu gluten free. The kitchen is super accommodating and they make everything from scratch. They have several GF ciders as well as wines. You can buy bottles from their awesome wine shop. We tried some great French cider and wines. The latte was also very good! We look forward to coming back to the Local Bear the next time we are in Paris.

It is the moistest, tastiest chicken around. I find it wonderful to taste the spices and flavorings from a region I haven't been to and this restaurant gives me that opportunity. And plenty of it. For about 14€ you get 2 entire leg/thigh pieces and 2 sides, like plantains and rice. We have never gotten dessert because we are completely stuffed from the food. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 24 HS students, chaperones and family members on day12 of our 15 day tour through Europe. All shows and excursions had been cancelled due to the rioting that had started earlier that week - due to a 17 year old Uber driver who was shot & killed by police in a traffic stop. Best memory in France was at this restaurant when the owner?/ hot guy dad called a friend to translate and encourage us to our return to our hotel for our safety.
