From the outside it doesn't look like much and even after stepping in it's not very impressive. Once you enter your room, though, I think you'll be very happy. We had a nice tv, 2 single beds, and a double bed. The bathroom was extremely spacious and very nice; the shower was perfect. The hotel offers free WiFi which was very appreciated by all of us. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice and able to provide great recommendations when asked where to go and eat. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as well. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lutia.

This hotel has the unfortunate disadvantage of sharing a facade with McDonald's. But fortunately,…read morethat is its only flaw...at least to me. I must admit that my expectations weren't that high when I booked my 79€ room. I assumed that it would be fine, nothing more, nothing less. Things got off on to a jolly start when I swung by an hour before check-in, expecting to have to wait in the lobby, but was warmly greeted and told that I could head upstairs right then because the room was ready! This extra hour to freshen up before some meetings was a life send. And then when I asked if there was WiFi, the woman at the desk took pen to paper and immediately wrote down the free code. Hellooo, love this place already! But that was only the beginning. Then, when my meetings at a cafe later that afternoon suddenly turned sour because the WiFI that was a crucial part of my presentation, died, I called the hotel and asked if they had a meeting room free where I could continue my presentation and they said YES, that they did, and since I just needed it for an hour, that I could have it for FREE even though it usually costs like 400€ a day!! Now that's hospitality for you. In addition to that miracle gesture of kindness, the hotel checks all of the boxes that make for a great stay: super central location, quiet room, spacious room layout, pleasant interior design, full bathroom, cool bath products (Anne Semonin, thank you very much), friendly, competent staff and...drumrolll please....a jacuzzi bathtub! I rest my case, this place rocks!!!

Spoke very little English but with my French I "checked in". She told me the room wouldn't be ready for 2 hours...I was early. So I asked if I could change and leave my bag and go explore until then. 15 min later..after I changed she said the room was ready. So I was excited. She asked me my name. I paid the tax in cash and she gave me my key. I took stairs to room and when I opened it I was highly disappointed. The room looked old and run down. Nothing like the photo w the nice decor pillows or the blanket One small table that was all chipped and dirty. And one small chair. The bathroom was clean. But the shower head had horrible pressure so showering was difficult and everywhere got wet. Either way the room had AC and with 90 degree weather this was a must. I figured for $90/night I got what I paid for. At least good location and had AC. So after I rinsed off I went out for about 5 hours. When I returned to my room all of my stuff was gone. I had a mini panic attack Went down to reception and no one there. I yelled and rang bell for 5-8 min before another guy came who spoke less English and tried to explain the girl checked me into the wrong guy room so they grabbed my stuff and put in storage. I don't understand how that was my fault and/or why they touched my stuff. In the end he told me to go back to the same room for my two night stay. I never saw the breakfast bc I didn't make it down in time. So not sure if it was worth the 10€. They did have a nice coffee and juice in lobby that either they didn't charge me for or it was free. Not sure. Either way not sure I'd ever come back here again. And if I did it wouldn't be for more than the $90 I paid for this time. Anything more than that is not worth it. The room is a box and has outdated walls, paint and furniture. Bed is ok but not the best. Again the only saving grace was the AC
