At that time I had some initial reservations about Dr Le as I didn't know much about him and he didn't have fancy brochures like the larger transplant companies, but my first meeting with Dr Le's assistance eased my concerns. We set up a surgery date a few months out based on my schedule and I paid the deposit for 3,000 grafts. On surgery morning I arrived 6:30am and once inside Dr Le's office I was pleased to see several of his staff ready for the procedure. The amount of hours that he and his team spent doing tedious work was very impressive and I am grateful for their efforts. Throughout the day I watched movies on a massive TV screen and they ordered me lunch of my choosing. After a long day and getting greater than 3,500 grafts (no additional charge), I headed home. In the coming weeks/months the recovery process was pretty easy and went exactly as the instructional sheets stated (initial placements, shedding, regrowth of thin hairs, becoming thicker, etc). After one week I did have more itching than expected so I reached out to Dr Le with questions and he was very responsive. I am now past one year, and while I knew going in that it would never be as thick as in my early 20s, I am VERY happy with the results as I look much better which has significantly boosted my confidence level. To get things started I sent in some photos of my head as requested. Then I went in for the consultation where Trinh gave me a mock up of how the SMP would look using a hair like powder. Just creating the mockup required expert skill and experience. I was also shown an anti-shine cream to make the SMP much more realistic. For SMP, it's very important to be able to communicate openly on both ends. I felt very comfortable discussing my needs and concerns. Trinh answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in great detail. I was given a few options for my situation and what to expect throughout the procedure. I'm totally satisfied with the outcome and only pictures can show how well it came out. I was so excited to begin this new hair journey, but that excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. The placement, the feel, the color, and even the cut were all disappointing. Within just four days, I had the unit applied and removed twice. They kept reassuring me that they would get it right, but they never did. The unit didn't even look like human hair, and the overall result was completely unacceptable. On top of that, my scalp became so sore that it actually scabbed over where the adhesive was applied. This was an awful experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place and would encourage others to do their research before choosing them.

She suffers from memory loss, is easily confused and was taken advantage of during her visit. She went for a single service for her husband's funeral and her intention was to pay for the single service. When they got her away from her caregiver, they convinced her to sign a year long contract and still charged $596 when we asked to cancel once we figured out what had happened. We politely asked for the money to be reimbursed, but they refused even though they have made thousands from her over the years. They displayed no ethics nor morals taking advantage of an elderly woman during her time of mourning. Shame on them.
