Overall wouldn't suggest this company. There are better companies to use if you need any services…read more Unprofessional when speaking overall. When time came up the last couple times of hauling them communication was garbage to I wasn't aware what day they were actually going to show up if they even would. Last min of TELLING when they were going to be there instead of double checking if it's all good. Quality was good at the beginning then it just got real lazy overtime. When I told them I didn't appreciate that and and wish them luck in their future because we decided to go elsewhere for better quality. Jon was very unprofessional calling me a clown and just being immature based on his hurt feelings. Act like an adult it's pretty simple. Only used them because I was able to do work with a messed up knee that I got within service. I laughed it off but put it out there to watch out. There's better in my opinion. Good luck to the company. Edit..nothing was ever stated unprofessionally nor rude to the individual. But he text my wife and said this to get rid of me and I'm a loser. Which I find funny coming from a grown adult and we both found just weird in general. They seem to be tied to their emotions and can handle rejection when you don't like their attitude apparently. BE WARNED..watch out to anyone. You don't want to break up with them or they will act like immature individuals and start saying crap instead of just moving on with there business A response from him texting my wife stating "You really should get rid of Frank he loser!! Enjoy your day!" She didn't even know who it was lol. Then a response of trying to rattle me by saying "Go get a job pretty sure Jessica tired of taking care of you lol at least that was she said " I was the main person dealing with Jonathon Patterson's service. She only spoke to him setting up a quote awhile back. Also stating that I'm a retired vet that got out of service based on being injured so that's why we were using his service. Now we can't even look up his company on google Lol. Highly do not recommend using this company or at least this individual as he is extremely unprofessional and not a decent human being. We laughed it off as it doesn't bother us at all and we barely know him so ‍. But you all are informed just in case. Also dog shit on the back porch is from our old dog and no one goes out there as well as barely anything there. Gets cleaned 1 a week lol. Also I did call him a b**ch after his comment then I was over childish acts.
