With the small class size, you do get a lot of personal attentions....which is always great for any yoga practice. The therapeutic class I attended was just perfect for me as the instructor concentrated on and isolated movement mainly on the shoulder area. Consisting of 2 floors, Sobr Market has a wide variety of non-alcoholic options (including de-alcoholized wines, flavoured sodas, etc.) that recently opened in late April. I stopped by Sobr Market the day they opened to the public and was amazed at the great selection they have. The only thing is that...who would have thought...that non-alcoholic options can get quite pricey. I did see some brands I am familiar with but there were many other brands to try as well. Staff were attentive and friendly during my visit, asking if I needed any assistance or help. I did purchase a few cans of de-alcoholized wine and some sparkling water as well. Good option for those who are trying to cut down alcohol or don't try at all!
