I'm telling you, Elmcreek NEVER has Grapefruit Radler, BUT it will have the signage up. :( Friuli? Again, Elmcreek never has in-stock, but signage is there. I also saw Flying Monkeys, some kind chocolate beer, etc. Not sure if this extends to their other types of liquor, but I did see a lot of different types of wines that I've never seen at my usual location.

They usually have a wine tasting going on which is great if you're looking to try something new. Their staff are always willing to help out with a pairing and don't make you feel ridiculous for asking. It's a beautiful store the way things are displayed and marketed. There is always a lot of staff on the floor. Oftentimes the website doesn't match up. I've been looking for a specific wine and they don't end up having it even though the website said they had three in stock though. Call and check first before going. The parking lot is a nightmare because of Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks and Whole Foods. I dread having to go here on weekends because of this and why I took away a star. There are often long lineups, but they typically call anothe staff member to open up another cash. I went to return a few bottles of champagne the other day and because I no longer had the receipt, I couldn't get my money back. I understand other stores, but since you can only get alcohol from the LCBO in Ontario, where do they think I got it from?! Either way, gift card just means I don't have to pay for my wine later!

They carry VQA wines, but NO dedicated VQA section, ON section is quite small. Beer section is an open alcove in the store, so beers didn't seem cold enough for me. They often have discounted wine not found at other LCBO. The best feature however is the walk-in beer cooler. How many times I've been in there on a scorching summer day. It's a great time to grab beer and beat the heat. Their beer selection of course has the standard domestic beer but also a nice selection. From around the world, including a few good ones from Germany. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they certainly know the 'Barton Regulars' and greet everyone kindly. Highly Recommend

The sections start with domestic with 15 and 24/30 packs. There are colour codes VALUE,IMPORT so you know if you're picking up the domestic or the fancy imported stuff. Closer to the exit of the walk in fridge are the premium beers and import. It's weird I also see molson small sizes in the premium section so there is a lot of double use of labels lol. Bottle return section can be challenging if there are a lot of customers you might be out in the cold. I find this location great not too busy if you visit right time Oh yea you can also order what you want as well and they get it for you -for the expert drinkers who know what they want.
