Good experience and very friendly staff. Only complaint is that there's not a very large gift section.

Terribly slow service. I've ordered twice and both times too well lover an hour. The second of…read morethe the two times was 1h 40m before I called and cancelled. They have the nerve to charge $10 for delivery but have this terrible service. I could have WALKED to my local liquor store and back in that time. Stay away.

I think there's a real problem with this group. I do like the convenience of being able to order…read morealcohol and have it delivered to my door, but I really don't like the drivers inability to properly calculate items. I do the math myself now, because we've had some inconsistencies with prices multiple times. I had placed an order at 8:30 p.m. and they called and confirmed the items and said it was on its way, but nothing ever showed up... I had to call the next day and place the order again... So they seem fairly disorganized. I do prefer to order online so I have a paper record of what's ordered, because they do deliver wrong items and even when you place an order online they transcribe it incorrectly, so it's very disorganized and poorly coordinated. I don't particularly expect great things from this type of service, but just being able to transcribe correctly from an online order and to do basic math isn't really asking that much... I do see potential with this business and I do find it incredibly convenient... but I feel there should be a better way to decrease order inconsistencies and mathematical discrepancies. I'm not sure what their base delivery rate is because my orders have always been over $100, but if you do place an order over $100 it's 10% of the orders total and 2 - $3 to use their machine if paying by credit card. We do tend to tip the drivers between $5 and $10 depending on how big an order it is. It's convenient and it saves you from having to deal with all the added stress of going to the LCBO when you're preparing for a party the next day.

I always get beer from this location, as they offer Curbside pickup. It is a very easy and fast…read moreprocess. Normally you are able to select a pickup time for same day. I was craving nice chilled beer and thought of ordering from here. I was browsing their website and came across Boxer gluten free lager. Whenever possible I try to skip gluten and I wanted to try this beer. I ordered 2 six packs of Boxer gluten free lager and also got 6 pack of Mill Street Organic for my wife. I was ordering around 11 am and I was able to select 2 pm pickup time on same day. I got the confirmation email in 30 mins. I went there between 2 pm and 2:30 pm. Called the store and they brought it out in 2 mins. It was very good and efficient service. For me this is a 5 Star service and process. Thanks!!

A dank, dirty sh*thole pretty much sums up this location. They just renovated this location. And…read morethe staff? Wow!!!!!!! Amazingly rude! I'm referring to the shnook with the brown curly hair who is responsible for handling the recycling of your empty bottles. Yeah, he's got a serious attitude problem. I went there to return some empty bottles, and I guess they were short on change (in the till/cash register). He asks me if I have $0.20 on me (as he only had a loonie in the register) and by handing me the loonie, he would've overpaid me by $0.20. Unfortunately I didn't bring my wallet with me. He looks at me, shakes his head with a cocky disapproving look (like it's my fault they're short on change) and hands me the loonie. As I walk out, this punk sarcastically shouts out "You're welcome" followed by "This fu*king guy". Are you kidding me? It's amazing how they employ these a*sholes and they get away with this kind of behavior. I would've complained to a manager, only my wife was in the car waiting for me; not that I think complaining would've done any good. I only go to The Beer Store to return empties. Fortunately I do my shopping at The LCBO. If you're a beer drinker, you might want to try another location. With the high prices of beer, I just find the attitude unacceptable.
