This location is located…read morein a brand new mall at Sandlewood and Bramalea and its a little different in design, but for all intensive purposes it is the same Beer Store. In the traditional old style Beer Store, you would look at the different beers and beverages on the wall and then order at the counter. Your selected beer would magically arrive via roller track and you would have to grab it. Now its a lot more user friendly, what was now a behind the scenes operation is now a hands on one. You return your empties in a specific area now and to purchase beer and beverages you enter the "Beer Fridge" area. Here you can access and see all your favorite beers and brews all in a temperature controlled area. Boxes of 24's 12's 6's and even singles are available. This particular Beer Store has an awesome selection of craft beers. They even had my new favorite "Goose Island" (not found in very many stores). The staff are helpful and will help you locate that specific item your looking for. A welcome addition to the neighborhood....4 stars!

i placed an order in advanced for a discontinued item that funny enough, this Brampton location was…read moreone of the only locations in Ontario to have the item. i called in advanced to put the item on reserve, to which the LCBO only does same day pick ups, no problem i thought as i had some running around to do in Brampton that evening. came in and got my order in fast fashion, i was literally in and out in five minutes, very impressive. the not so impressive thing is the parking lot, unfortunately i have the same comment on another review i did for the same plaza. the parking lot is a nightmare and not very friendly to get in and out of, a lot of the drivers i noticed were speeding, cutting people off, and generally very aggressive in trying to get in or out plus parking. be cautious of this aspect if you come here. great lcbo location, definitely a more customer service driven lcbo!

We found out the card was redeemed in Toronto, yet my son was in Ottawa! I called and explained what happened and the person I spoke to said that someone would get back to me. I wasn't hopeful. But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service. Gift cards are like cash and they might have just told us we were out of luck, but to my surprise, they believed us and we got our money back! Thanks so much, Frank!

I was treated to a sample of craft beer as I entered this LCBO. Free samples? Very nice!! There is a great selection of craft beers in the walk-in cooler room but that's not my focus today. A little hard to find, but as it is here in Ontario, in order to fulfill your beer cravings..the Beer Store is the only way to satisfy it. Roughly in the last year, the Beer Store has been going through some major renovations in their service model and their store layouts. This is one of the newer self serve layouts which you pick your product in a refrigerated walk in cooler display floor. I personally like this new layout, rather than the old "order at the counter" and your order is called to the people at the back and its delivered via metal roller track. It give the customer the ease of looking through different beer brands and discovering some new ones. Pretty convenient location as its not directly located in the busier area of Heartland.
