Have lived here for 3 years. My Gf's and my car have been broken into. Management does nothing about it. Watched CPD and ATF do a drug raid 3 units down from our apartment. They over charge for not fully renovated units. The trash system here is awful. Do not live here.

Please, if you are considering renting here - don't. Recently moved into their most expensive unit - a two bedroom two bath townhome with garage, in the newest part of the community (less than two years old.) I travel quite a bit for work, and this is an additional residence for me since home for me is Texas. (I work in the field in PA, OH, and WV doing research.) I was compelled by the location, admired the amenities, and I had a hard time finding rentals with hardwoods (I hate carpet.) My key problems are with utilities and the construction. The quality of the construction is laughable. Like another reviewer, (I wonder if we had the same neighbor? lol) I can hear my neighbor snoring through the wall at night. It is extremely creepy and unsettling how thin the walls are. There are so many gaps in the construction - places where walls don't meet correctly, warped baseboards, and the flooring is also warped and uneven - the floors are the cheapest level of "hardwood", so thin that you can feel the support beams underneath the flooring and it even causes unevenness in the floors. It's so warped that even the vent covers do not lie flat on the floor. The weatherstripping on the doors is not rubber or foam, it is a cheap canvas and is not cut to fit the entire frame, so there are gaps and the door leaks air. Since this isn't a "maintenance" issue, it would not be fixed by the maintenance team. You can actually see the light coming in through the door frame where the seals are incomplete (they just slapped whatever they wanted in there, no proper measurements, etc.) The windows are also leaky, as well as the patio door. This leads to another problem - the utilities. The utilities are my biggest issue with this company - when you sign the lease you are told that ALL utilities are the responsibility of the tenant - fine. That's okay by me - electric, water, and trash pickup. What you are NOT told is that after signing the lease you are given a form to sign to have your utilities turned on - and these are not provided by any common, regulated utility service provider. I received a bill for $154.95 for the DAY of August 31. ($150 deposit to turn on the utilities, although this was NEVER told.) The remainder was for utility usage. The shady part? We did not even move in until September 5th. Yet the utility service billed for those days. How in the hell was $5 worth of utilities used when we were not even in the unit? Not to mention probably the $25-$30 additional they charged us for the 5 days we weren't even there. Since that bill was combined with the next months, my first bill was over $400. Absurd. I travel, like I said, so September we were mostly in a hotel down in West Virginia. We were there mostly on weekends, and as I had to furnish this unit from scratch, we had very little here to start with. No TV or other electronics, just a couple of laptops. I did the calculations based on current rates from AEP - my electric bill is about 46% higher than it would be through a regular utility company. You CANNOT get out of this. Nationwide Energy Partners is the utility "service provider" - and the kicker? Lifestyle Communities CEO is the founder and CEO of Nationwide Energy Partners. NEP is a company that buys utilities from regular providers and then upsells them for providing the service. There is also an $8 charge per month for "community electric." We have one TV now, and still very little electronics. We turn lights off, and I still travel. Our bill has never dropped below $200 per month. In fact, after mailing a check I still had my electricity cut off in the middle of winter because they had not processed it yet - (according to the customer service, it will take them up to 9 days or longer to process a check for utilities, no where on their website is this mentioned at all and it took over that for me.) I have never received a bill before I receive a "past due" notice. Even the postmark shows the past due notice is mailed about 5 days before the bill is. There is absolutely no reason for this, other than for them to make money - (they charge about $20-$35 for "late" payments) This whole set up is a scam, and if tenants are responsible for the utilities in full they are to have the right to CHOOSE which service provider they'd like to provide them. If I could figure out a way out of this lease, away from these conmen, I would. They also repeatedly tried to get me to sign a new lease agreement that showed I moved in on the 31st of August and agree to pay the prorated amount for those days even though I did not move in and pick up my keys until the evening of September 5th! Shady shady shady. Every neighbor I met when I moved in (and was told this part of the community was only 1.5 years old) has moved out. If they moved out as soon as their lease was up, what does that tell you? Just in our cul-de-sac of townhomes, I've seen about 5-7 move-outs within the past month and a half. Stay far away!

After maintenance shoveled.

I really like it here. They could use a few tweaks but I have no real complaints. I love the amenities and the events that are planned.

If you want your home to be the least dramatic part of your life, don't live here. Blatant…read moreunprofessionalism, mismanagement, poor office communication, dearth of basic organizational skills, and lack of resident consideration. I see good reviews about people who work here; all I can say is in my experience, the initial attitude presented ended up being quite different. See below... If the Parc comments, know I have email/photo proof of all the things I describe. ***Misc. Issues: *Parking = worse than street parking. I was in a back corner w/garages people used only for storage (against the lease), so the few spots filled up + I'd have to park on the other side of the complex with heavy bags or in the rain while guests took close spots. Guest parking/tags were not enforced (per the lease). *Sent planned maintenance notice less than a day before entering, violating every lease ever. I called out that it wasn't 24 hrs of notice. Their reply? "We'll come at 3:48 tomorrow. That would be 24 hrs." Mindblowingly unprofessional. *Everything was just so hard. I requested a new ($20) dishwasher sprayer arm bc mine was filled with mold (after trying to clean it myself). They insisted on trying things I told them I already did + it took several rounds before they *finally* bought a new one. *People creepily unload/load into garages at all hours of the night, incl. mgmt. And mgmt uses several for storage?? *Pool is always slow to open since they don't plan ahead to get parts. *1st floor residents use patio doors (not front doors) as an entrance, meaning door slams come up into 2nd floor bedrooms. Woke me up constantly. *They sent an email ordering residents to not use the manager's personal email for maintenance requests...like how did that even happen? *Maintenance loiters in a very loud, creepy, unmarked van and does not wear branded or official clothing. *My apt was not ready, but I wasn't told until after I moved in and asked. They hadn't even repainted yet! *App autopay doesn't work, since you can't set it to pay "total balance" but water is as-used. Property manager once incorrectly canceled a legit payment of mine, resulting in my only late payment ever in six years of renting. ***The Big Issues: *They try to "improve the property" at endless inconvenience. Check your email 20x a day for last min construction that ends with your car being towed. They do surprise construction without making sure there would be enough parking leftover (there wasn't). They notify you less than or barely a week ahead (good luck if you left your car and flew somewhere) + send last-min conflicting emails about where/when is safe to park. They use "no parking these dates" signs but don't update old dates, tell you the week before you could park somewhere until 8 a.m. but then the night before send another one saying 6 a.m., etc. Their favorite line: "We had challenges last time + a large number of vehicles had to be towed." They're literally causing the challenges themselves w/how poorly they manage the construction! They didn't finish for months + left ADA-uncompliant sidewalks + gravel. Almost twisted my ankle. *I had a serious tenant issue near me, so I asked to leave. For safety, I won't explain here. Mgmt said I had to have legal counsel in order to even DISCUSS it. I retained counsel + they refused to respond to him + were wildly dismissive + incredibly unprofessional about genuine safety concerns I had. Totally untrustworthy. *A gate breakdown was handled fireably poorly in incredible chaos with the manager unacceptably rude and losing all grip on level-headedness. I can't even describe the pure lunacy and stress of how it was handled by mgmt. Things were really bad. Residents were yelled at and told they would just have to stay at a hotel if they left, including a mom trying to go buy formula. There was zero critical thinking, ability to handle emergencies, or compassion. The only pluses I have? There were two sinks in a 1BR and they gave me my deposit back (which they mailed without tracking, so couldn't tell me where it was).

First my family toured with promises of xyz incentives... after the tour we received phone calls resoliciting the offers if we sign by x date. Fast forward the day of move in we sign the lease, the offers are not on the lease. First red flag Sasha the property manager quite rude in almost every encounter was very matter of fact and oh well, after she received my money and the moving truck was outside. She did eventually offer to make it right and readjusted the lease. I've never had an encounter like this from any community I've ever lived in. Maintenance: terrible! We had so many mold and maintenance issues that they were patch working they decided to let us out of the lease due to the complaints. See photos below. Worst experience ever! Beware

Edit: 01/07/2026…read more After sending an email to the community management, we received an email (summarized here) from the senior community manager: * Car break-ins are common crimes of opportunity locally and nationwide. * Security is not onsite at all times, and response times vary based on urgency and call volume. * A community message will be sent with tips to reduce vehicle break-ins. * Best prevention advice: remove all valuables and keep nothing visible inside vehicles. This is inadmissible, irresponsible, and frustrating. Instead of offering real measures to prevent insecurity in the community (highlighted by residents in Google reviews over the last 6 months), they are basically saying this is the situation and there is nothing else they can do apart from asking us not to leave valuable things in the car. When we said that this is concerning, as whoever broke into a car can break into a home, their response was: "At this time, we have not received any reports of apartment break-ins." This is ridiculous, as you cannot just wait until it happens. The deterioration of safety and security implies taking real measures by management to prevent crime in the community. We have also tried to reach out to the senior manager by phone and asked her colleagues to call us back, but they never did. 01/06/2026 Our car was broken into yesterday while parked directly in front of our unit. The door was opened, and personal documents were thrown across the front seat. We immediately called security and filed a police report with the Columbus Police Department. Security did not arrive immediately; they arrived one hour after we called. This is really concerning because we have been reporting untagged cars and security issues for months with no action taken by management. I have also seen a neighbor's Google review reporting the same type of incident around the same time, which shows this was not an isolated case. We do not feel safe in this community.

The main…read morethings I was looking for was the distance from my job (downtown) and Easton, polite and friendly individuals in the leasing office, cleanliness and low noise level. This place meets all of my expectations. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful, especially Jim and Chelsea. They always go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can. They have always been so nice and helpful. If they don't know something, they will ask and get back to you the next day. The neighborhood is quiet and anyone I've encountered has been friendly. I really don't hear too much from my neighbor above me. Once in a while I hear something, but I always have peace and quiet. The area is clean and if there is anything of concern, they quickly send friendly reminders to everyone. I'm terribly afraid of mice and that was another concern of mine, living so close to the woods, but I haven't had any rodent problems at all. I love the look of the interior. The one bedrooms will be getting makeovers. There is ample parking. There are events within the neighborhood here and there, which are pretty fun. I've lived here for almost a year and I've only had two work orders. Maintenance came the very next day, both times. My only complaint is the windows are pretty drafty. When the temperature drops it can get pretty cold, which means you have to increase the heat. I bought some Duck brand, plastic installation kits, so hopefully that will help. It also may take a while to receive a mail key. I've been here 10 months and I have yet to receive one, but that is the fault of the post officers Innis Road. I've made so many trips to the post office and spoken to many mail carriers, to no avail. I literally stalk them on Saturdays just to get my mail. That is just my experience. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! I love living here.

Read the reviews about excessive charges after the lease ends, they are legit! I received a bill for over $600 with outrageous expenses included. I was charged for rent due to unclear and vague communication about key drop off, something completely out of my control. There was nothing in writing about "lockbox" drop off of your keys and I believe that is intentional. They gave me more bogus charges that I was able to argue with photographic evidence. I spoke with Rosemond and Kacie about this matter and Rosemond mentioned the drop off once more after that rent charge was removed, which I find rude and unnecessary. I still feel there are charges that need to be removed as I received an additional invoice that I find questionable. I rarely write negative reviews because I work with businesses and know how impactful reviews are but this is necessary. Make sure you take pictures and keep record during your time here because you will get charged after move out. Regardless if charges are legitimate or not. During my time here there was a maintenance request that was never finished, another time my shower water was left running after a shower repair, also muddy boot stains left in my shower once the service request was done. I got a toilet replaced without a lid that properly fit the toilet and the toilet was dirty. Appliances in units that are not renovated are old and break down easily if they're not already broken when you move in. Because my unit was so affordable and I felt safe living here, I let some things go. Regardless of what their response to my review is, my review is legitimate and truthful and I left nothing out. I was a good tenant and never had issues with management/office staff before. It's a shame that they do this to tenants after moving out. Make sure you know your rights as a tenant.

When we get there they disclose to us that they have no 1-bedrooms to show us at this time but they can show us a model of a 2-bedroom (bait & switch #1). After seeing the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, they said that they had a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with a walk-in closet. As my wife and I need closet space, we agreed to the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom w/ the walk-in closet. We put down a $50 non-refundable deposit to not only secure that apartment but receive a special rate of $600 off our 1st month's rent or $50 off our monthly rent for the first year. The next day, we were approved for the apartment. My wife reaches out to Meika to make arrangements to sign the lease the following day only for her to tell us that the apartment that we put the deposit on was no longer unavailable and that they had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom that her property manager would be able to give us for the same rate because of their mix-up (bait & switch #2). After sleeping on it, my wife and I decided to give the complex one more chance. So she calls the office to schedule a visit to see the apartment only for the property manager Angie to tell us that in order to receive the special discount, we would have to move in immediately or pay full price if we were to move-in mid-to-late July (bait & switch #3). I refuse to stay in a place where these type of deceptive and possibly unlawful tactics are used. Thank God we didn't sign the lease. Only the Lord knows what may have happened once they had us contractually bound for a year. So now I am out of the non-refundable $50 and my wife and I are still looking for an apartment. Thank you for wasting our time and money.
