Almost seemed annoyed we were bothering here. Just did fact finding the first visit. Second visit, new lady, much more user friendly and help us place our order. Ordered a PCS plaque for a co-worker. I thought a fair price and can turn it around in 10 days. I forgot to bring the farewell message for the plaque so they said I could email it in and did so the next day.
