Because this is an express, you pay at a drive through machine outside. I was having a problem with the payment, and a guy came running out to help. Inside, the guy spraying my car told me to have a great day... twice! Little things like this makes me as a customer feel pretty good.... And willing to go back! Asked if they were refilling and they said "we only put soup on the bar". I showed them the Mac & Cheese sign on the bar then they said they would not refill it due to waste. This is really a one stop shop where you can get gas/groceries and goodies for the kids. The drink machine says 99 cent for big drinks which must draw in lots of people. Kwik Trip is my favorite fuel stop and I would have got some of the bacon wrapped pork filets for 99 cents if I didn't see the sign on the door on my way out.
