At about 625 I checkin online and went inside. This pirate said my appointment will be in about 67 minutes with next available stylist. I only seen 2 stylists and I was not going to let the pirate cut it. It was going to be longer than 67 minutes to wait for the stylist I scheduled with. I drove 30 miles because the cut, service and interaction with KT was exceptional last time. Not Happy and will NOT return or recommend. very unprofessional.

I keep my hair pretty short and it grows straight out on the sides, so it's definitely not forgiving if the cut isn't exact. The atmosphere is also good. She's in a salon suite so there's not a lot of noise from other cosmetologists/clients.
