I've been coming here for a little over a year and I've seen barbers come and go, some licensed and others not. Overall they give good cuts. Fast forward to today 12-13-19 worst customer service ever. I arrive to the barber shop with my son around 4:30 and the place was packed as expected it's a Friday. So we sit and wait and wait and wait. Finally it's our turn and all of a sudden all oF the barbers have appointments. They finish their appointments and they have more appointments. Soo we wait some more. It's now 6:30 and my son is finally getting his hair cut, and I'm waiting. Two guys walk and go over to the barbers and ask how many people they got and they say I'm next all of a sudden those guys are appointments and I have to wait. Now it's 5 till 7pm and my son is done getting his hair cut so i ask the barber can you just cut my hair? And she responds sorry I am leaving now so I asked an other barber and he is also leaving because the shop is noW closed!!!!!! So I tell them I've been here since 4:30 pm waiting and they look at each other and say sorry we didn't kNow. Wtf was I invisible? I didn't say a word and just walked out. All I can say is this shop was good when gabby was there. She's gone and all of the barbers take first whoever is going to pay appointment price without the appointment while the walk ins have to wait. Walked in and attended was more commited to use his cellphone rather than to greet clients and provide service... got confusing directions on who was available, but waited no more than 5 min to get in with a barber. Great Family friendly barbershop, my son and I have been going to Ezekiel for a little over a year now he gives excellent haircuts and makes sure he knows exactly how you want your haircut. They provided out door haircuts for us during COVID restrictions and continued to give us great service through those tough times. Plenty of barbers cutting hair so the wait is never something I've had to worry about but I believe all the barbers there take appointments as well if necessary. read more

Service was okay not great. Was told there was no wait. Was told i was next. Somebody came in after me and he got the next seat and i waited another 20-30 min doesnt make to much sense. The actual haircut is a huge disappointment. I asked for a zero taper and a "trim" on the top i still want to be able to do a combover. So when the barber is done, to my surprise my hair is really really short i guess the word trim flew over his head. I asked him to trim some straggler hairs but urged me that they are necessary? My hair cut looks like im a kid in kindergarten. In case you were wondering haircuts are 20$ but if you call they advertise a lower price doesnt really make sense. Save your money and go somewhere else. My brother recently went during the pandemic, as soon as the barbershops opened up again. He had to literally get up and walk out of the chair because he was not happy with how the barber was cutting his hair. He placed his line in the wrong place( he said it would "look better") and placed it far on the side of his head. He also made the line very thick. Safe to say he's not coming back! read more

Just walked in with my son to get a haircut at 12:06 pm and there were only 2 waiting and this placed closes at 2pm. The lady said she's not taking anymore customer, like there's only 2 more people waiting. It doesn't take 2 hours until you close to do the two customer including my son. Poor service! Very disappointed with my sons haircut. I specifically told the guy please only cut very little on the top and number one on the sides. My son loves his curly hair, he did the complete opposite. Cut alll the curls off and on the side he did this ugly ridiculous fade so far from the ear. Normally I don't take my time to give any time of review but I'm very bothered at the fact that I told another worker there and he said next time try a diff barber don't go with him! Everyone cuts hair differently. Which I understand but this is not different this is awful.
