Came by for an estimate and provided it on the spot. Answered questions knowledgeably and was able to schedule the job on short notice which we super appreciated. We needed some stains covered up - Elvin had a plan and it worked out great! He also painted two rooms in color and they turned out great. I would happily hire LB painting again! read more

Jake and Christian did…read morean exceptional job cleaning my windows, power‑washing my deck and house siding, and clearing out the gutters. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how Jake had me inspect the power‑washing results and how Christian took photos of the freshly cleaned gutters so I could see the work. Danny was also terrific--very timely with the quote, quick with scheduling, and extremely responsive. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and high‑quality. Pressure Wash Boston

(2 reviews)

Here's a cleaned-up version of your review:…read more --- I recently noticed how dirty my house had become, with little dots on the deck railings, moss growing on the roof, and grime accumulating in between the spindles. After researching power washing, I waited about six months before finally reaching out to a Pressure Wash Boston. Not sure why I waited, they made it so easy!! They were responsive and asked for a few photos, providing a quote almost immediately. They scheduled a visit within days, and since I would be away on a work trip, they assured me that they would take care of everything as long as my windows were closed. While I was away, they cleaned every inch of my home and even sent me photos of their work. When I returned, I was amazed--running my finger along the siding left it spotless, as if I had a brand new home! I plan to use Pressure Wash Boston annually (waiting seven years was a bit too long). I highly recommend them and am incredibly grateful for how simple and easy they made the process. I added a couple of before and after photos below. It hardly does the service justice. Looks amazing.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job Gus and his team did on our property! Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were punctual and extremely thorough. I've lived in the home for 8 years, and it has not been pressure-washed. The transformation was nothing short of amazing. When I arrived home from work, I stopped before entering the home to take it all in. Every surface looks brand new--they removed years of grime, mildew, and stains with precision and care. A day or so after the job, I noticed that some pressure washing soap had gotten into the locks on the front door and dried out, making it hard to get keys in and out. When I texted, Gus responded immediately, advising me to use a little WD-40, which worked like a charm. If I remained in this home, I would plan to have Gus and the team out yearly and make pressure washing part of my regular spring home maintenance. I highly recommend Gus and his team if you want to give your property a little sparkle during the spring.

Ultimately, we decided to sit with a sales person and move forward with the roof replacement. Was LRS the cheapest quote we received? No. But they were by far the most responsive and personable group of people we met with. This ultimately took about a week to complete due to some additional trim work that needed to be done but Rô was in constant contact and letting us know who would be by, what they were doing that day, and when they would be done. He even came back to do a full walk around the property and check everything himself. We had one request to change something after the project completed and Rô was more than happy to accommodate. If we are ever in need of other solutions LRS can provide or know of anyone looking for a roofer, Rô and the whole team at LRS will be our only recommendation.
