They could have easily overcharged me and I would have know no idea, they knew that. But instead they helped me and my budget. I also used to live next to a guy that works at Bills. Well one of my old cars was sitting outside on the side of the garage and had the tires stolen off of it. My neighbor grabbed some old tires from Bills and put them on my car, free of charge.
