There were a few other people waiting in the Auto area for a while, so I can only imagine mine was not an isolated experience. The oil change seems to be fine, it cost about $70 for an oil change with premium synthetic, and $20 for a tire rotation. I paid $89 total. The staff was fine, although it would've been nice if they occasionally gave me a verbal update while they saw me waiting. I came up to ask for an ETA about an hour and a half in. I had to miss two work meetings due to this going over, so I will not be back.

I came in at 1 o'clock, and left at 2:06. They have a nice waiting area, with a TV playing, a couch, and a couple other chairs. They also offered me drinks and snacks from a small fridge inside while I wait. They seem to stay pretty busy-- there were employees coming in and out with different cars throughout the area I was there. The customer service was great, and fast. Overall charge for an oil change was about $70, and they did recommend two other changes for my vehicle based on wear and tear (instructing me to call back if I would like to proceed with these, since they would need to order additional parts). I just moved to town, and many of my connections go here. It was great experience, and I plan to come back anytime I need an oil change!

Zegers ordered the replacement which arrived early in the morning and, despite being extremely busy, they made us a priority & got us back on the road in record time. They picked us up, fed us snacks, and kept us constantly appraised. The cost was fair and appropriate. I would give these guys ten stars & my first born child, were it possible! Phenomenal!!!

Was driving back to Nebraska for Christmas and my Suburban started having issues with Alternator…read more Went to local dealership in Columbus and they did not have the part. It would not be in for 5 days. Was sent to Auto Quality and they were able to replace alternator for half the cost of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Had me on the road in 20 minutes.
