There has been nothing but problems and a complete lack of follow-through, honesty, integrity and transparency from Andrew himself. I have had two leaks and no heat 3 times in the last month and have been charged for a different issue each and every time and also treated extremely rudely by Andrew the company owner. I was transparent from the beginning and treated like garbage regarding payment and told to essentially freeze with no heat with two young children even though this company had made a payment agreement and never followed through regarding communication i was waiting on. Have already reached out to our property managers of our units to ensure others are fully educated prior to choosing Green Heat for further instillations on our property

Unfortunately some copper pipe segments from the previous water heater were .misplaced. as a previously installed then removed water heater had a check valve that "Didn't go to anything" despite the copper pieces were sitting within the water heater compartment. Hence it's not a big deal as they were 2 small and insignificant pieces. We didn't appreciate the gesture though. Please be sure to have scrap copper pipes that originated at the worksite to remain at the worksite in the future. We assume it was a simple mistake. Beyond that the work was well done, organized, and quick.

(He even offered to come right away.) The broken pipe was partially obscured by the wall- what could have been a MESS, was repaired well and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to cover the cost- haha. Seriously- this business does what it says, and does it well. We totally recommend Plumb Rite for both bathroom and kitchen plumbing work.

We communicated by text. He showed up Saturday (Aug 8) morning on time and was super pleasant. Estimate was to arrive by Sunday night which I thought was pretty quick. I checked spam/trash/junk, verified the correct email, and offered a second one. That is the last I heard from Tyler. I checked in again on the 14th and 17th with no response. I never received an estimate, and at this point am not expecting one. I expect he is busy like most electricians.
